Conjuring the raw spirit of every teenage garage band’s first album, the Garage Days pop up store revisits SBTG’s early roots as a fledgling designer: the old days of producing art out of his dad’s kitchen using whatever means of hand.
The collection features a varied selection of both vintage clothing from Levis, Zorlac, Dickies, Red Kap, and other curated labels, and uniquely customized 1-off pieces that capture SBTG’s signature style mash-up of punk-rock, metal, skate, and military influences. It will also be the first time SBTG’s new obsession of traditional sign painting on wood bases and other objects will be revealed.
Throughout the pop-up store’s duration, the store’s range will also be updated with freshly customized apparel and art pieces added weekly. Some of ABTG’s classic collab items from DC Shoes, Casio, Nike, New Balance, and Medicom will also be available.
We invite you to join us for the launch of this SBTG pop-up store at Blackmarket No.2 in Orchard Central on Friday April 1, 2011, from 7-10pm. See you there!
