Phillips Discoverer TV (Vintage retro space helmet colour TV)

The 1980s designer television and design icon:
The Philips 14″ Discoverer, as seen in many 20th Century Design books. It was apparently commissioned to celebrate the NASA space shuttle launch.

Plastic space helmet model TV “Discoverer”, designed by Honson Lee in 1983, executed by Philips / the Netherlands.
These are very rare to find nowadays.

Condition: Good working condition.
